Thanks for stopping by! Growing up in Bucks County I was always the baker in the family, the workplace, etc. Whether it be cupcakes, cookies, or breads. When, about ten years ago, I had to be on a special low iodine diet, I stumbled across a cashew brittle recipe and the rest is history. I found that I could make many varieties and change people’s perception of old-fashioned brittle.

Our brittle is light and flavorful. This is not your grandma’s brittle! I am so thankful I get to share my passion with Bucks County and surrounding areas. Located in beautiful New Hope, we make every batch by hand to reach that standard of flavor quality we are proud to call Bucks County Brittle.
